The Busiest Stand at the Largest Commercial Interiors Fair in North America Awaits.
Put Your Products Front and Center!
As our industry’s retail and hospitality fairs struggle, NeoCon (10-12 June, Chicago) is becoming the go-to event for designers working creating interiors for offices, hotels, clinics, retail stores and even multifamily housing.
NeoCon is the largest commercial furniture and interiors fair in North America. Originally focused on work environments, in recent years the fair has also become a destination for designers working in retail, hospitality and healthcare markets. This is due in part to the erosion of the Hospitality Design and GlobalShop fairs, and the convenience and attractiveness of Chicago in June as a destination.
The Merchandise Mart in downtown Chicago is already a national design destination, hosting permanent showrooms for companies like Steelcase, Herman Miller, Knoll, Groupe Lacasse, Poggenpohl and Kohler, to name just a few. NeoCon adds to this a full floor of temporary exhibits, which is where you’ll find the Materials Pavilion.
NeoCon is where major furniture and materials producers introduce their new products to the design world. It’s also a week of presentations, meetings, networking, parties, and celebrating progress in commercial design. According to the fair organizers, the Materials Pavilion has become the busiest spot at NeoCon. For the last several years we've been gathering approximately 2,000 scans of visiting designer specifiers, which are shared amongst all sponsors.
Sponsor Participation Requirements:
Suppliers participating in the Materials Pavilion at NeoCon supply us with six to eight material samples; four to six will be displayed attractively on accessible tables in the space.
We’ll also need a 100-word description of what you plan to display, and a logo for signage.
A representative of each sponsor company is invited to help us staff the space as a materials expert. (We aren't going to lash you to a display table, but hope you'll be part of our team answering visitors' questions!)
No hassles! We take care of all the shipping, display, and registration details.
All sponsors share all the leads captured: over 2,000 last year.
The conversations you’ll have at the Pavilion are invaluable; we always end up learning even more than we teach.
Often suppliers from more than one sponsoring company will work together to help visitors solve very specific problems, making our effort more than the sum of its parts.
The best compliment I've ever gotten from a visitor: I just got three days' worth of work done in 45 minutes!
Basic Sponsorship: $5,000, including all of the benefits above. Enhanced sponsorship also include:
Gold Sponsorship: All of the above, plus increased exposure in Interiors + Sources magazine (31,000 readers) and their Design Flash e-newsletter (18,000 subscribers) leading up to NeoCon. $6,995.
Platinum Sponsorship: All of the above, special provisions in the Pavilion to show extra samples in prime locations $9,995.
Deadline to Reserve Space: 29 March
